A good start to 2017, very busy with new enquiries, deals being done.

There is not enough prime property of any type coming on. We need more small industrial units, shops and offices, both freehold and leasehold, call us for a free appraisal if you have empty buildings.

Good demand for freehold properties with prices also starting to rise.
