Industry Comment – Q3 2016

The first 2 quarters of 2016 were very busy. The effects of the referendum have yet to be seen in the business market but the market may well be calmer during the Summer holiday period which is often the case in any event!

There is not enough prime property of any type coming on. We need more small industrial units, shops and offices, both freehold and leasehold, call us for a free appraisal if you have empty buildings.

Good demand for freehold properties with prices also starting to rise.
