Brunsden Associates is an independent, family run Estate Agency established in 1997. Twelve years on, the company has experienced rapid growth in all aspects of the business, and witnessed great changes in the area and property market during that time.

Nine years ago we moved to the heart of a small village south of Newbury. Reaching the office is easier than battling the town traffic, parking is ample and free – and clients can relax whilst discussing any aspect of property dealing. The global power of the internet ensures that we lose nothing by being an ‘office in the country' and in many ways our location enhances rather than detracts from our business.

Our reputation for successfully handling unique residential property has been won by bringing the same care and detail to a 2 bedroom cottage as a 7 bedroom house with outbuildings and land. We understand that whilst it is our everyday occupation, for a seller/buyer it may be something they haven’t experienced for many years or even, in some cases, ever before.

Similarly with commercial property, we appreciate the importance for each and every client of ‘their’ deal and work hard to achieve successful results for both parties.
