Brunsden Associates was launched in September 1997 by husband and wife team, Peter and Jo Brunsden. The business has gone from strength to strength in both the residential and commercial property markets serving Newbury and the surrounding area, firmly placing itself amongst the leading agents in the area.

The year continues with all the political uncertainty ahead. In spite of this demand is still good but only for correctly priced property. Over pricing results in no viewings not lower offers. Sellers beware.
